SUGAR SHELL PEACH MELBA WITH MINT AND RASPBERRIES

Ingredients
• 4 sugar shells

• 125 g mascarpone

• 2 peaches

• 100 g raspberries

• Fresh mint

• 1 sachet vanilla sugar

Mix the mascarpone with the vanilla sugar. Divide the mascarpone between the 4 sugar shells.



Peel and cube the peaches. Mix these cubes with the raspberries and divide the fruit among the shells. 



Garnish with mint leaves.
